Due to changes in environmental regulations, the world of spraying and coating has experienced a tremendous shift in formulations which inevitably has its effect on HVLP performance. Apollo has just completed an exhaustive trial of a broad array of coatings products using them with turbine HVLP and compressed air HVLP spray guns. The purpose of the tests was to detail and record performance of reformulated solvents and water base coatings with regard to achieving the best results in HVLP spraying.
The results will be available on the Apollo website for review. A special version entitled “Getting the Best Results and a Perfect Finish with Apollo HVLP†will soon accompany all new Apollo equipment and will soon also be available to existing Apollo owners.
